摘要
裂壶藻是一种高DHA含量的海洋真菌藻类.裂壶藻可为动物提供DHA,发挥DHA在动物机体内的生理功能,促进动物的生长、发育和免疫力的改善,还可促进动物机体内DHA的累计,生产高DHA含量的肉蛋奶产品.文章介绍裂壶藻及其营养价值,论述裂壶藻在水产、家禽和反刍动物生产中的应用研究,对裂壶藻在应用中存在的问题和前景进行论述.
Schizochytrium was a kind of marine fungal algae with high DHA content. On the one hand, Schizochytrium can provide DHA for animals, exert its physiological function in animal body, promote animal growth, development and immunity improvement;on the other hand, it could promote the accumulation of DHA in animal body and produce meat, eggs and milk products with high DHA content. In this paper, the nutritional value of Schizochytrium was introduced. The application of Schizochytrium in aquatic products, poultry and ruminant was discussed. At the same time, the problems and prospects of Schizochytrium in application were discussed.
