摘要
互联网技术的发展催生了新的信息生产方式,推动了传播主体的流动和传播结构的变迁,社会底层群体成为了新媒介传播的重要主体,因之开启了个体叙事重构的时代,其主体话语的表达渠道得以拓宽,并形成了网络自组织化的新协同机制。在这种新的传播结构中,曾经"失声"、处于话语弱势地位的社会底层群体,甚至可以建构自己的"话语",实现"弱话语"到"强话语"的转换,从而建构一种新的社会关系。在国家实施乡村振兴战略的新语境下,为了提高社会底层群体的阶层地位,化解其因权利受损导致的社会矛盾、冲突风险,应充分利用互联网发展所产生的新的技术背景和乡村振兴战略提出的城乡融合的政策环境,从为社会底层群体赋权到赋能、培育职业社群共同体、构建良性的传播生态等方面着手,使社会底层群体的声音更好地被倾听,阶层间日益扩大的区隔得到进一步弥合。
The development of Internet technology has generated new ways of information production and promoted the movement of communication subjects and the changes of the communicative structures. The social bottom group has become an important subject of new media communication, which has opened up the era of individual narrative reconstruction. The main discourse expression channels of the social bottom have been broadened, and a new collaborative mechanism of network self-organization has been formed. In this new communication, the bottom-level group of the society who were in a weak position of discourse can even construct their own ″discourse″ and realize their transformation from ″weak discourse″ to ″strong discourse″, thus constructing a new social relationship. In the new context of the rural revitalization strategy, in order to improve the hierarchical status of the bottom-level group of society and to avoid the social conflict and risks caused by the damage of their rights, we should make full use of the new technical background brought about by the development of Internet and the policy environment for urban-rural integration proposed by the revitalization strategy. We should start to enable the underlying group of society after empowering them, cultivate a community of professional associations, and build a benign communication ecology, so that the voices of the social bottom group will be better heard, and the growing hierarchical segmentation will be further closed up.
