作为企业内部管理中的重要组成部分,人力资源管理尤为关键,只有落实好这一管理环节才能够提升自身的综合竞争力,对此本文立足于人力资源管理的具体条件,深入分析人力资源管理与企业经济持续发展之间的相关性,以其为实现企业的稳定运作提供一定的借鉴。
As an important part of enterprise internal management, human resource management is particularly critical. Only by implementing this management link can we enhance our comprehensive competitiveness. Based on the specific conditions of human resource management, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the correlation between human resource management and the sustainable development of enterprise economy, in order to provide a basis for the stable operation of enterprises.
