摘要
柴胡在中药临床上使用历史悠久,含柴胡的名方也有很多,但受“柴胡劫肝阴”理念的影响,现代临床对柴胡使用多所顾虑,在研究文献的基础上,结合六经模型进行分析,以期合理地看待“柴胡劫肝阴”。
Radix bupleuri has a long history in clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine, and there are many famous prescriptions containing radix bupleuri. However, influenced by the concept of "radix bupleuri impairing liver-yin", modern clinical use of radix bupleuri has many concerns. On the basis of the research literature, combined with the model of six channels, it is analyzed in order to treat "radix bupleuri impairing liver-yin" reasonably.
