摘要
在社区的规划设计中,设计师对设计主体对象--人和人的行为进行分析时,大多使用主观的描述性语言,很少使用变量参数的量化方法来分析行为与空间的关系,在某种程度上造成了空间利用的不合理化。本文引入空间句法的概念和方法,采用VGA法和轴线分析法,通过连接度、集成度及可理解度等变量,对六指街规划的散点布局模式、同心放射状布局模式和低层高密度小镇布局模式三种社区空间认知模式进行了量化分析,得出更利于居民日常交往活动的社区规划空间认知模式。期望为空间句法在社区规划设计方案中的应用提供参考依据,提升社区规划的科学性和有效性。
In the community planning,the designers prefer to use descriptive language when analyzing the design subject-human and human behavior.They rarely use quantitative methods with variable parameters to analyze the relationship between behavior and space.Thus it causes unreasonable use of the space to some extent.This paper introduces the concept and method of space syntax,and uses VGA and axis analysis method.It conducts quantitative analysis on three communities spatial cognition patterns: scatter pattern,concentric radial pattern and high-density low-rise town pattern through the connection value,integration and intelligibility variables.This paper expects to provide a reference for the application of space syntax in community planning and design,and makes the community planning more scientific and effective.
