东部过渡带地面系统节能

Energy-saving Measures for Ground System in Eastern Transitional Zone

摘要 萨北开发区目前处于特高含水期开发阶段,随着含水上升、加密调整和聚驱规模的扩大,油水井总井数、产液量和注水量逐年增加,节能降耗形势非常严峻。为了延缓生产能耗呈上升的趋势,选取东部过渡带作为节能示范区,全过程分析区块能耗状况,从源头控制挖潜力,通过对目标潜力的分析,对地面系统中的油气集输、注水、污水、供配电等系统实施管理节能措施8项,实施节能技术措施8项,2017年措施实施后合计年节气288×10^4m^3,节电601.54×10^4kWh,折合标煤6260.6t。 Sabei Development Zone is currently ultra- high water cut development in the stage. With the increase of water cut, infilling adjustment and expansion of polymer flooding scale, the total number of wells, fluid production and water injection volume are increasing year by year, and the situation of energy saving and consumption reduction is very serious. In order to delay the rising trend of energy consumption in production, the eastern transitional zone is selected as an energy- saving demonstration zone. The energy consumption situation of the block is analyzed in the whole process, and the potential of the block is tapped from the source control. Through the analysis of the target potential, eight energy- saving measures are implemented for oil and gas gathering and transportation, water injection, sewage, power supply and distribution systems in the surface system, and energy- saving technologies are implemented. Eight technical measures were taken. After the implementation of the measures in 2017, the total annual air saving was 288 ×10^4m^3, power saving was 601.54 ×10^4 kWh, equivalent to 6 260.6 tons of standard coal.
