摘要
气街之气不是单一的经气、脉气或营卫之气,是人一身之气,是身体某一部位具有不同生理意义的气;气街之街为气之持续存在的径路,气的基本运动形式是升降出入,气街在本质上就是气升降出入的径路。经络作为气的循行路径,也是气街的组成部分;气街之门户是气街之气聚集出入处,是气街循行分布于体表的关键点,也是疾病治疗的关键点。气街在人体中分不同层次普遍存在、持续存在,与中医肾、经络等概念一样,并不拘于某一解剖形态,而是同类现象和相同功能的综合。气街过体表,且在体表有门户若干,但气街并不仅通于体表,并不能用穴位连线方式说明其位置和走向。人体内以气街为载体的气的多向多维交通联系是普遍存在的。
Qi of is not a single meridian qi,pulse qi or nutrient-defense qi. It is the qi of a person as a whole,and it is the qi of a certain part of the body with different physiological meanings. Jie of Qijie the path of qi’s persistence. The basic movement form of qi is ascending,descending,exiting and entering. In essence,Qijie is the path of qi’s ascending,descending,exiting and entering.Meridians,as the path of qi,are also part of Qijie. The gateway of Qijie is the place where qi gathers and exits,and the key point for the distribution of Qijie on the body surface,as well as the key point for disease treatment. Qijie is the path of qi’s ascending,descending,exiting and entering of the whole body. It exists universally and persistently in different levels of human body. Qijie,like kidney,meridian and other concepts of traditional Chinese medicine,is not confined to a certain anatomical form,but a synthesis of similar phenomena and functions. Qijie crosses the body surface and has several gateways on the body surface. But Qijie is not only connected to the body surface,but also cannot explain its position and direction by the way of point connection. The multi-directional and multi-dimensional traffic links of human body with Qijie as the carrier are prevalent.
