摘要
目的探讨尽早电除颤对院内心搏骤停患者抢救成功率的影响。方法回顾性分析2013年1月至2018年10月阜外华中心血管病医院心内科收治的13例院内心博骤停后及时给予电除颤患者的临床资料。结果心搏骤停发作时发生心室颤动7例,心脏停搏2例,4例未佩戴心电监护仪; 12例患者心搏骤停后2 min内实施电除颤,1例心搏骤停后6 min实施电除颤。12例患者给予1~3次电除颤,1例患者给予5次电除颤。复苏成功11例,死亡2例,复苏成功率为84. 6%(11/13)。结论心搏骤停后尽早电除颤能够有效提升抢救成功率。
Objective To investigate the effect of early electric defibrillation on the rescue success rate of patients with cardiac arrest in hospital.Methods A retrospective analysis was made of The clinical data of 13 patients admitted to the Department of Cardiology of Fuwai Central China Cardiovascular Hospital from January 2013 to October 2018 who were given electroconvulsive defibrillation after cardiac arrest.Results There were seven cases of ventricular fibrillation,two cases of cardiac arrest and four cases without electrocardiogram monitor.Electrical defibrillation was performed within 2 min after cardiac arrest in twelve patients and 6 min after cardiac arrest in one patient.Twelve patients received 1-3 electric defibrillation,and one patient received 5 electric defibrillation.Eleven cases were successfully resuscitated and two cases died,the success rate was 84.6%(11/13).Conclusion Early electric defibrillation after cardiac arrest can effectively improve the success rate of rescue.
