摘要
互联网、物联网、大数据、云计算、人工智能、移动通讯等现代信息科技正在深刻影响着经济领域,任何一个传统产业链与信息科技结合就会立即形成新的经济组织方式,从而对传统产业构成颠覆性的冲击。现代信息科技带给经济更高质量、效率、效益的同时,也给社会公众和社会管理带来大量超乎传统的风险。鉴于"三元悖论"无解但客观存在,也鉴于六大信息科技带给互联网金融超高的集合力和传染力,更鉴于金融行业特殊的安全诉求和发达国家的成熟经验,建议尽快采取措施以确保中国金融安全和健康发展。
Modern information technologies such as Internet,Internet of Things,Big Data,Cloud Computing,Artificial Intelligence,and Mobile Communication are deeply affecting the traditional economic field where the combination of any traditional industrial chains and these six major information technologies will immediately form a new economic organization mode,thus constituting a subversive impact on traditional industries.Modern information technologies not only bring higher quality,efficiency and return to the economy,but also bring a lot of risks beyond the traditional ones to the public and social management. In view of the incomprehensibility but objective existence of the"three-dimensional paradox",the super-high aggregation and infectivity brought to Internet finance by the six major information technologies,and the special security demands of the financial industry and the mature experience of developed countries,it is suggested that measures be taken as soon as possible to ensure the safe and healthy development of China’s finance.
