摘要
培养高素质医学人才是各医学高校教育教学、医疗单位的重点,怎样做好临床医学人才培养,目前临床教学管理模式急需改变。本论文从医疗单位面临的问题和改革需求出发,分析现今医学人才培养的目标,并提出医学教学建议。
Training high-quality medical personnel is the endpoint of teaching and medical units in medical colleges and Universities.How to train medical personnel well?At present the model of clinical teaching management is badly in need of a change.Based on the problems faced by medical institutions and the needs of reform,this article analyzes the objectives of medical personnel training,and puts forward medical teaching suggestions.
