摘要
《商业银行经营管理》课程是高等院校经济金融管理类相关专业的必修课程,主要课程内容包括商业银行经营管理的基本理论、银行传统及创新业务实践、对银行产品定价等,涉及范围较广,课程特色是理论与实践紧密联系的应用型课程。但传统教学模式以理论授课为主,课堂上师生互动次数较少,学生被动接受教师“填鸭式”知识教育;且大部分学校未重视为学生打造实践平台,未建立模拟实验室,导致学生缺乏真实操作经验,无法达到理想中的教学效果。
The "Commercial Bank Management" course is a compulsory course for economic and financial management related majors in higher education institutions.The main courses include the basic theory of commercial bank management,banking tradition and innovative business practices,pricing of bank products,etc.The scope is wide, and the course features an applied course that is closely related to theory and practice.However,the traditional teaching mode is based on theory teaching.There are fewer interactions between teachers and students in the classroom.Students passively accept teachers' cramming knowledge education.Most schools do not pay attention to creating a practical platform for students,and no simulation laboratory is established,which leads to the lack of real students.Operating experience,can not achieve the desired teaching effect.
