摘要
案例教学已经成为我国公共管理教育的显著特色,通过对MPA授课教师和MPA研究生进行问卷调查,发现MPA公共管理课程的案例教学在案例搜集、教师授课、学生参与及学校激励机制等方面均存在诸多问题。针对这些问题,提出通过建设公共管理精品案例库、加强案例教学方法培训、多角度培养学生决策能力、建立案例教学效果评估体系和案例教学激励机制等完善建议。
Case teaching has become a prominent feature of public management education in China.Through the questionnaire survey of MPA teaching teachers and MPA graduate students,it is found that the case teaching of MPA public management courses is in case collection and teaching by teachers.There are many problems in student participation and school incentive mechanism.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward some perfect suggestions such as constructing the excellent case base of public management,strengthening the training of case teaching methods,cultivating students' decision-making ability from various angles,establishing the case teaching effect evaluation systemand case teaching incentive mechanism,and so on.
