摘要
学业发展辅导是高校做好学风建设与思想政治教育的重要途径和有效形式,充分发挥学生朋辈教育则是做好高校学业发展辅导工作的重要方法。文章基于北京化工大学学风建设引领体系,以学风朋辈引领行动中心的建设为切入点,浅谈朋辈教育在大学生思想政治教育工作中的作用与方法。
Academic development counseling is an important way and effective formfor colleges and universities to do a good job in the construction of style of study and ideological and political education,and giving full play to peer education is an important way to do a good job in college academic development counseling.Based on the leading system of the style of study in Beijing University of Chemical Technology,this paper discusses the role and methods of peer education in the ideological and political education of college students.
