摘要 中国制造的过程中离不开各机械零部件的组装,机械零部件的质量直接影响着制造产品的质量,而金属磨损是造成机械零件失效的主要原因之一。在解决磨损问题的方案中,堆焊技术体现出它独有的优越性,利用堆焊可以对材料进行修复,做到修复再生产品比新产品各项性能更加优异。本文研制了一种耐磨合金堆焊焊条。使用该焊条焊前无需预热,焊后无需热处理,堆焊过程中烟尘较小,脱渣容易,焊后无裂纹,堆焊层金相显微组织主要为马氏体和一些硬质相。 The process of manufacturing in China can not be separated from the assembly of mechanical parts.The quality of mechanical parts directly affects the quality of manufacturing products.Metal wear is one of the main reasons for the failure of mechanical parts.In the solution of wear problem,surfacing technology shows its unique superiority.The material can be repaired by surfacing,so that the performance of regenerated products is better than that of new products.A wear-resistant alloy surfacing electrode has been developed in this paper.No preheating before welding,no heat treatment after welding,less dust during surfacing,easy slag removal,no cracks after welding,and the metallographic structure of surfacing layer is mainly martensite and some hard phases.
