摘要
锆合金在核工业中应用广泛,锆合金长时间与反应堆中产生的氢反应,会对其物理性能等造成影响,从而影响使用寿命。为探究微压状态下镀镍Zr-4合金吸氢性能,对镀镍Zr-4合金样品采用微漏孔控制进气流量的方法达到微压状态,开展不同流量的微压吸氢实验,得到反应指数和反应激活能等试验参数。
Zirconium alloy is widely used in nuclear industry.The reaction of zirconium alloy with hydrogen tritium produced in reactor for a long time will affect its physical properties and thus affect its service life.In order to simulate the effect of micro-pressure hydrogen on Zr-4 alloy,the nickel-plated Zr-4 alloy sample was subjected to micro-pressure state by means of micro-leakage hole to control the air inlet flow.Micro-pressure hydrogen absorption experiments with different flow rates were carried out to obtain the reaction index,reaction activation energy and other experimental parameters.
