摘要
在矿山方面,我国拥有极为丰富的资源,但是发展至今,并没有将这些资源很好的利用起来,反而这些资源在逐渐的流失。本文就这一现象展开了探究,针对我国目前的矿山的采空区的现状,将其分为三大类:存在一定的安全隐患;滥采乱挖现象严重;人才和技术的缺失,这几个类别产生的原因主要是治理力度的缺乏。由此,该文具体分析和说明了这些问题所产生的原因,并根据问题来研究解决的方案,提出解决对策,从治理对策、政策导向和技术保证这三方面入手,解决我国目前矿山采空区所存在的问题,使其朝着一个良好的方向去发展。
In the field of mines,China has abundant resources,but these resources have not been well utilized so far,on the contrary,they are gradually losing.This paper explores this phenomenon and divides it into three categories according to the current situation of mined-out areas in mines in China:there are some potential safety hazards;the phenomenon of indiscriminate mining is serious;and the lack of talents and technology is the main reason for these categories.Therefore,this paper specifically analyses and explains the causes of these problems,studies the solutions according to the problems,puts forward the solutions,and solves the problems existing in the mined-out areas of our country from the three aspects of governance countermeasures,policy guidance and technical assurance,so as to make them develop in a good direction.
