CTAB改性沸石对养殖废水中四环素污染的吸附研究 被引量:8

摘要 近年来养殖废水中四环素(TC)污染日趋严重,为研究十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)改性沸石对养殖废水中四环素污染的去除效果,本研究中通过浸渍法制备CTAB改性沸石,采用SEM、FT-IR、BET等方法对沸石改性前后进行表征,考察改性浓度、沸石投加量、四环素初始浓度、吸附时间、pH等因素对养殖废水中四环素吸附的影响。结果表明:当改性浓度为15 mmol/L、投加量为0.10 g、四环素初始浓度为15 mg/L、反应时间为1 h、pH为8时,CTAB改性沸石对养殖废水中的四环素污染去除效果较好,去除率可达89.28%;吸附热力学和动力学研究表明,相比Freundlich吸附等温方程,Langmuir吸附等温方程(R^2>0.98)对改性沸石吸附四环素的数据拟合较好,改性后沸石对四环素的最大饱和吸附量为79.18 mg/g,吸附动力学符合拟二级动力学模型和颗粒内扩散模型,改性沸石对养殖废水中四环素污染的吸附为自发吸热的物理吸附过程。研究表明,CTAB改性沸石能够有效地去除养殖废水中的四环素污染。 In this paper, modified zeolite was prepared by impregnation in cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB)at different concentrations of 5-30 mmol/L, and surface characteristics of the modified zeolite were observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM), infrared spectrum(FT-IR) and BET. Effects of modified concentration, dose of zeolite, initial concentration of tetracycline(TC), reaction time and pH value on adsorption and degradation properties of TC in aquaculture wastewater were investigated to optimize the conditions of removal of TC in aquaculture wastewater by the modified zeolite. It was found that the best degradation of TC in aquaculture(the maximum adsorption capacity of 79.18 mg/g) wastewater was observed under conditions of the modified concentration of 15 mmol/L at a dose of 0.10 g, initial TC concentration of 15 mg/L, reaction time for 1 h, and pH value of 8, with the removal efficiency of 89.28%. The adsorption thermodynamics and kinetics showed that the adsorption process of CTAB modified zeolite on TC was more consistent with the Langmuir adsorption isotherm equation than Freundlich adsorption isotherm equation(R^2>0.98). The pseudo-second-order kinetic model and the intraparticle diffusion model were more suitable for the process of TC adsorption on modified zeolite by a spontaneous endothermic physical adsorption process. The findings showed that the removal of TC pollution in aquaculture wastewater by CTAB modified zeolite was effectively.
