摘要
对金线吊蝴蝶的果实形状、果梗长度进行观察、测量、统计。结果表明:果实形状对称,外形基本为正方形,有10.1%的变异果实呈五角对称花型,74.1%的果梗长度在10~13cm;初步探究金线吊蝴蝶种子不易萌发的原因,主要是种子饱满率不高,种皮厚而致密坚硬,假种皮含油性物质影响种子吸水,种胚中含生长抑制物质影响种子萌发。
The shape of the fruit and the length of the stalk of the Euonymus schensianus Maxim. were observed, measured and statistically analyzed. The fruit is symmetrical in shape and square in shape, 10.1% of the mutant fruits showed pentagonal symmetry, 74.1% of the basic stem length in 10~13 cm range. The reasons why the seeds of the Euonymus schensianus Maxim. were not easy to germinate mainly because the seed full rate was not high, the seed coat was thick and dense and hard. The oily substance in the seed coat affected the water absorption of seeds. The germination of seeds was affected by the growth inhibition substances contained in the embryo.
