摘要
本实验中,试样用混合酸溶解,在磷酸介质及加热条件下,用高氯酸将二价锰氧化至三价,以N-苯代邻氨基苯甲酸为指示剂,用对苯二酚(氢醌)标准溶液滴定,三价锰被还原至二价,溶液由粉红色突变为稳定的明黄色,以锰的滴定度计算得到锰含量。采用本方法对某莫桑比克钛矿样品的锰含量进行多次平行测定,测定标准偏差(RSD,n=11)为3.59%,加标回收率为99.71%~100.27%,满足生产要求。
In this experiment, ore sample was dissolved with mixed acid. In phosphoric acid medium, under heating condition, divalent manganese was oxide to trivalent with perchloric acid. Applied N-phenyl generation anthranilic acid as indicator, titrated with hydroquinone (hydroquinone) standard solution, trivalent manganese reduced to bivalent, and the solution color was changed from pink to yellow, the content of manganese was calculated with titration degree. This method was used to determine the manganese content in a sample of mozambique titanium ore, the standard deviation (RSD, n=11) was 3.59%, the standard recovery was 99.71%~100.27%.
