摘要
目的探讨Wy10牙齿美白技术对美白牙齿的作用。方法选取2017年6月-2018年6月在我科行牙齿美白的患者80例,并按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)和研究组(n=40),对照组接受冷光牙齿美白,研究组接受Wy10牙齿美白。利用Vita比色板进行比色,对两组手术后和手术3个月后的牙齿敏感度以及2组治疗效果和患者满意度情况进行对比分析。结果研究组术后治疗效果的总有效率为100%,患者术后满意度为87.50%,对照组术后治疗效果的总有效率为97.50%,患者满意度为90.00%。2组治疗效果的总有效率和患者满意度比较无明显的统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组患者术后和术后3个月的牙齿敏感度均小于对照组,牙齿敏感度比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Wy10牙齿美白技术对美白牙齿的效果良好,能够有效降低美白后牙齿敏感的发生率,具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of Wy10 tooth whitening technology on whitening teeth.Methods From June 2017 to June 2018,80 patients underwent tooth whitening in our department were divided into two groups: control group (n=40) and experimental group (n=40).The control group received cold light tooth whitening and the experimental group received Wy10 tooth whitening.The patients were divided into two groups: control group (n=40) and experimental group (n=40).Vita colorimetric method was used to compare the tooth sensitivity of two groups after operation and 3 months after operation,and the results of treatment and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate after operation was 100% in the experimental group and 97.50% in the control group.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P>0.05).The tooth sensitivity of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group after operation and 3 months after operation,and the tooth sensitivity of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The postoperative satisfaction was 87.50% in the experimental group and 90.00% in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Wy10 tooth whitening technology has a good effect on whitening teeth,and can effectively reduce the incidence of tooth sensitivity after whitening,which has important clinical significance.
