摘要
保险杠是汽车最前端部件,在碰撞发生时,与行人第一时间接触,因此在整车行人保护性能中占据重要地位。文章从行人保护的角度对汽车保险杠的设计进行探究。着重阐述了,通过哪些途径以及何种结构优化方式,可以在保险杠设计过程中最大化满足行人保护性能的要求,以及未来的发展趋势。
Bumper is the front-end part of a vehicle.When crash happened,it’s the first part contact with pedestrian.It plays an important role in pedestrian protection performance.This article based on the requirement of pedestrian protection to give a global view of the methods that can be applied in design to meet the target.Besides,it also gives a view of the future challenge in bumper design and pedestrian protection.
