摘要
论文审稿是决定科技期刊发表稿件质量和保持期刊水平的重要环节。在这一过程中,审稿偏倚是影响审稿质量的重要因素之一。探讨审稿偏倚的来源、发生的规律以及如何应对具有重要意义。鉴于此,文章将审稿偏倚按照来源分成4个类型,对每个类型逐一分析,并提出相应的应对措施,以期为期刊编辑提供一些有价值的提示和帮助,进而更好地选择和邀请审稿人。
Peer review has great significance in regarding the quality of manuscripts and the academic level of journals. In this course, a vital factor affecting the quality of reviewing is the peer review bias. It is greatly meaningful for editors to investigate the sources of these bias, analysis their occurrence rules and conclude the strategies to cope with them. Consequently, this study classifies these bias into four types, analyses them profoundly and proposes the corresponding strategies, so as to provide some valuable hints and instructions in selecting and inviting peer reviewers.
