摘要
目的研究并探讨缺陷分享安全培训方法在肾内科护理管理中的应用效果。方法择取该院在2016年7月—2018年6月期间录用的40名肾内科护理人员,将其作为研究对象,按照其所选用的护理管理方案,分为对照组和观察组。对照组中包含了20名护理人员,其运用常规管理方案;观察组中包含了20名护理人员,其在对照组的基础上,运用缺陷分享安全培训。对两组的管理结果进行观察和统计。结果观察组的安全质量评分相对高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的意外事件发生率相对低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的患者满意度评分相对高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肾内科护理管理中,运用缺陷分享安全培训的干预措施,其能够有效地降低护理中的风险事件发生率,提高护理人员的专业素养,优化护理质量和患者满意度,值得推广。
Objective To study and explore the effect of defect sharing safety training in the nursing management of renal internal medicine.Methods From July 2016 to June 2018,40 nursing staff of renal internal medicine were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the nursing management scheme selected by them.The control group included 20 nursing staff,and the observation group was consisted of 20 nursing staff.On the basis of the control group,the control group used defect sharing safety training.The management results of the two groups were observed and counted.Results Safety quality score of observation group The incidence of accidents in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The patients' satisfaction score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing management of renal internal medicine,the intervention measures of defect sharing safety training can effectively reduce the incidence of risk events in nursing care,improve the professional quality of nursing staff,and optimize nursing quality and patient satisfaction.It is worth popularizing.
