摘要
目的:观察加味附子理中汤治疗脾肾阳虚型慢性非萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选取脾肾阳虚型慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者102例随机分为治疗组(52例)和对照组(50例)。治疗组给予加味附子理中汤治疗,对照组给予雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片、多潘立酮片。观察2组患者的临床疗效和中医证候疗效、临床症状评分变化情况。结果:对照组总有效率为72.00%,治疗组为90.38%,治疗组优于对照组(P﹤0.01);对照组的中医证候疗效有效率为74.00%,治疗组为92.30%,治疗组优于对照组(P﹤0.01);两组治疗后的临床症状积分均明显降低,优于治疗前。与对照组相比,治疗组症状积分显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:加味附子理中汤治疗脾肾阳虚型慢性非萎缩性胃炎疗效显著。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of modified Fuzi Lizhong decoction on non-chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type. Methods:102 cases of selected patients with chronic nonatrophic gastritis of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type were randomly divided into treatment group(52 cases) and control group(50 cases).The treatment group was treated with modified Fuzi Lizhong decoction, while the control group was treated with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets and Domperidone Tablets.The changes of clinical effect, TCM syndrome efficacy and clinical symptom score were observed in patients of two groups. Results:The effective rate of clinical efficacy was 72.00% in control group and 90.38% in treatment group;the treatment group was better than control group(P﹤0.01). The effective rate of TCM syndrome efficacy was 74.00% in control group, and 92.30% in treatment group;the treatment group was better than control group(P﹤0.01). The clinical symptom scores of both groups were significantly reduced after treatment, which was better than before treatment. Compared with control group, the symptom score of treatment group was more significantly reduced, and the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effect of modified Fuzi Lizhong decoction on chronic non-atrophic gastritis of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type is significant.
