摘要
目的探讨复方白玉散在糖尿病皮肤伤口治疗中的应用效果。方法本研究纳入64例糖尿病患者,均伴有不同部位皮肤伤口,分为观察组33例和对照组31例。对照组采用生理盐水清洗伤口,清创后根据伤口情况选择使用新型敷料换药。观察组在对照组清洗和清创基础上,使用复方白玉散进行换药。比较2组伤口愈合率、治疗总费用,评价患者满意度。结果观察组感染发生率和伤口愈合率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗总费用低于对照组(P<0.01),满意度得分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论复方白玉散运用于糖尿病患者皮肤伤口治疗中,能有效控制伤口感染风险,促进伤口愈合,并且能减少换药成本,提高患者满意度,值得临床借鉴。
Objective To investigate the effect of compound Baiyu powder for treatment of skin wounds in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods Totally 64 diabetic patients with skin wounds were assigned to the observation group(n=33)and the control group(n=31).In the control group,a new type of wound dressing was used after the cleaning with normal saline.In the observation group,the compound Baiyu powder was adopted after the cleaning and debridement procedure.The primary outcomes were wound healing rate and total cost of the treatment.The satisfactory degree of patients was evaluated by a self-made questionnaire.Results There was no significant difference in wound infection rate and wound healing rate between two groups(P>0.05).The total cost of the treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The score of satisfaction assessment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The compound Baiyu powder is effective to reduce the risk of wound infection and promote the wound healing in diabetic patients with skin wounds.The application of compound Baiyu powder can reduce the cost of dressing changes and improve the satisfaction of patients.
