摘要
目的探讨延续性护理在超声聚焦治疗子宫肌瘤中的效果评价。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月在佛山市妇幼保健院超声聚焦治疗子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组各100例。对照组患者进行常规护理,观察组患者在前者的基础上采用延续性护理。比较两组患者的生活质量、护理质量及患者满意度。结果干预后两组患者的生存质量、护理质量及满意度有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理可提高患者的生活质量、护理质量,提高患者的满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore and evaluate the effectiveness evaluation of continuous nursing in ultrasound-focused treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods From January 2016 to December 2017,the patients who were admitted to Foshan Women and Children Hospital for ultrasonic-focused treatment of uterine fibroids were selected as the research object (100 cases in each group for the patients).In the control group,general routine nursing was performed.In the observation group,continuous nursing was added.The quality of nursing and patient life,and patient satisfaction in the two groups were compared. Results after the implementation of nursing intervention,the quality of life,quality of nursing service and nursing satisfaction with statistically significant differences ( P <0.05). Conclusions Continuity care improvement patterns can constantly improve the quality of nursing service and patients life,as well as patient satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
