摘要
随着我国社会经济实力的不断增强,国内和国际的大型工程建设正在不断扩大,我国的建筑事业正在快速发展,同时也在各方面面临着更为严峻的挑战。在目前的建筑工程施工与管理工作中,工程管理起着越来越重要的作用。可以说,建筑项目施工中进度管理的水平直接影响着建筑工程的质量,所以建筑单位要想提高自身建筑工程水平,提升建筑工程建设的效率,就必须采取先进、合理的管理方法。在目前的发展阶段中,传统的建筑工程进度管理模式已经不适用于这个时代的管理工作需求。本文将对进度管理的相关概念进行介绍,针对目前建筑施工中进度管理的问题进行分析,并提出进度管理在建筑工程项目施工中的应用改进举措。
With the continuous enhancement of China’s social and economic strength,domestic and international large-scale construction projects are expanding,and China’s construction industry is developing rapidly and facing more severe challenges in all aspects.In current construction and management of construction projects,project management has played an increasingly important role.It can be said that the level of progress management in the construction of construction projects directly affects the quality of construction projects.Thus,if the construction units want to improve their own level of construction projects and enhance the efficiency of construction projects,they must adopt advanced and reasonable management methods.In current stage of development,the schedule management model of traditional construction project is no longer suitable for the management needs of this era.This paper will introduce the related concepts of progress management,analyze the current problems of progress management in construction,and put forward corresponding measures to improve the application of progress management in construction projects.
