摘要 研究了二水磷酸铁脱水工艺,根据市场需求,选取同一批比表面积为22.57m^2/g、铁磷比为0.98的二水磷酸铁在不同温度下脱水,结果表明,在不同脱水温度下,产品的磷铁比不变,与脱水前一致,铁含量、磷含量均达标.水分含量、比表面积随着脱水温度的升高而降低.最终,低温选择300℃,脱水2h,高温控制在530℃~550℃,脱水1~2h,脱水产品的比表面积以及水含量满足控制指标. According to the market demand, the dehydration process of ferrous phosphate dihydrate is studied. The same batch of ferric phosphate dihydrate with a specific surface area of 22.57 m^2/g and a ratio of iron to phosphorus of 0.98 was dehydrated at different temperatures. The results show that the ratio of phosphorus to iron is unchanged at different dehydration temperatures, which is consistent with that before dehydration, and the contents of iron and phosphorus are up to the standard. Water content and specific surface area decreased with the increase of dehydration temperature. Finally, the specific surface area and water content of the dehydrated products meet the control targets by choosing 300℃ at low temperature, dehydrating for 2 hours, controlling the temperature at 530℃~550℃ and dehydrating for 1~2 hours.
