摘要
主要介绍了荷叶表观形貌、荷叶疏水机理、乳突表面结构与超疏水关系、水滴在荷叶表面运动过程中受力变化,并利用不同种类固体颗粒进行仿荷叶超疏水涂层低成本制备的应用进展。进一步分析了一种工业固废一造纸污泥颗粒,在超疏水涂料中的应用潜质,检测了其所制备防水涂料的性能,并提出提高造纸污泥基涂料接触角的途径。
This paper mainly described the surface morphology and the hydrophobic mechanism of lotus leaf, the relationship between superficial structure of mastoid and superhydrophobicity, the change of force during the movement of water droplets on the surface of lotus leaves, and the application progress of low-cost preparation process of imitation lotus leaf superhydrophobic coatings with different kinds of solid particles.The application potential of paper sludge particles in super-hydrophobic coatings and the performance of paper sludge particles for waterproof coatings were further analyzed. And the way to increase the contact angle of paper sludge-based coatings was proposed.
