摘要
湖南省博物馆在新馆建设过程中依据汉代马王堆一号汉墓墓坑考古资料和现场调研结果,对墓坑遗址的形制、尺寸、造型和材料等进行分析,将墓坑遗址在博物馆新馆建筑中按1 :1比例复制,施工过程中遇到悬挂倒棱台形混凝土结构面层夯土施工难题及夯土墙面须控制高厚比、材料消耗量极大、施工工期很长、质量不易控制及作业环境要求高等问题,通过采取创新的超薄夯土面层等技术,不仅解决以上难题,而且节约人力、物力、财力,保护生态环境。
During the construction of the new museum, Hu nan Provincial Museum, based on Mawangdui No. 1 Han Dynasty Tomb archaeological data and on-the-spot investigation, the shape, size and material of the tomb excavation site are analyzed , and the tomb excavation site in the proportion of 1 : 1 in the new museum building is copied. In the process of construction , the hanging chamfered benchshaped concrete structure face layer rammed soil construction technology problems, high thickness ratio, great material consumption, long construction period, difficult quality control and high operating environment requirements shall be controlled for rammed earth walls are encountered, the adoption of research and innovation of ultra-thin rammed soil surface layer construction technology, and its technical principles and operating points are expounded. It not only solves the above problems, but also saves manpower, material and financial resources and protects the ecological environment after the replication of the grave site is completed.
