某储煤仓倒塌事故原因分析与结构加固修复 被引量:7

摘要 以某储煤仓意外倒塌事故为例,通过现场调查和结构检测,发现倒塌的仓壁钢筋裸露、断点钢筋发生缩颈延性断裂,并通过调查使用荷载、检查结构缺陷、检测强度及钢筋配置、验算结构承载力,结合同类同批次设计施工的其他筒仓结构检测鉴定及承载力验算结果,依据可靠性鉴定结论,得出事故原因,即偷工减料是造成倒塌的主要原因。对未发生事故的同类储煤仓采取停工与整体加固处理,采用无粘结钢绞线体外预应力加固法及非预应力筋组合加固法,取得良好效果。 This project takes a accidental collapse accident of a coal bunker as an example, by means of field investigation and structural inspection, the collapsed bar wall reinforcement, a ductile necking fracture occurs at a break point is found out, and through the investigation using load, check for structural defects, detection strength and reinforcement configuration , the structural bearing capacity is checked and analyzed, combined detection and identification of other silos with the same batch design and bearing capacity test results, according to the reliability evaluation conclusion, the cause of the accident is analyzed. Cutting corners is the main cause of collapse. In addition, shutdown and overall reinforcement treatment for similar coal banker after the accident, the barrel is strengthened by external prestress of unbonded steel strand , the grade of reinforcement repair oppraisal is the third grade, and acquires, good results.
