摘要
上海市申旺路519号10#楼在项目中期附加了预制装配式外挂混凝土夹心保温墙板施工,其单个构件尺寸为4 175 mm×3 700 mm,最大自重达7.4 t,是施工中的难点。通过采用汽车吊多点位协同组合吊装,并结合地下室顶板"永临结合"多维综合加固、高精度安装、容差调整等措施,成功地完成了预制挂板吊装施工,取得了良好的社会与经济效益。
A precast external hanging concrete sandwich insulation wall panel construction was added in the middle stage of the 10# building project at No.519, Shenwang Road, Shanghai. Its single component size is4 175 mm×3 700 mm and its maximum self-weight is up to 7.4 t, which is a difficult point in construction. Through the adoption of multi-position coordinated hoisting of truck crane, combined with the measures of "permanent-temporary combined" multi-dimensional comprehensive reinforcement of basement roof, high-precision installation and tolerance adjustment, the precast hanging panel hoisting construction was successfully completed, and satisfying social and economic benefits were obtained.
