摘要
目的研究在精神分裂症合并肺结核患者中进行护理干预的具体方法、产生的效果以及应用价值。方法回顾分析1 例在我院进行治疗的精神分裂症合并肺结核患者的临床资料,患者在2017 年8 月15日查出肺结核,对其进行相应的治疗和护理,护理措施包括环境护理、用药护理、咯血护理以及健康知识宣教等,分析经护理后患者X 线检查结果。结果在经治疗中采取科学有效的护理措施能够使护理人员及时发现存在的药物不良反应,降低不良事件的发生,患者BPRS 以及NORS 评分优于护理前(P < 0.05)。结论因为精神分裂症合并肺结核患者疾病的治疗较为困难,因此采取有效的护理干预措施能够提高其治疗配合度,改善肺结核症状。
Objective To study the specific methods, effects and application value of nursing intervention in patients with schizophrenia complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Retrospective analysis the clinical data of patients with schizophrenia complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis who were treated in our hospital were randomly selected. The patient was diagnosed with tuberculosis on August 15, 2017. The patient were treated and nursing. The nursing measures included environmental care, medication care, hemoptysis care and health knowledge missions, etc, analysis of the results of X-ray examination of patients after nursing. Results Taking scientific and effective nursing measures in the treatment can enable nurses to detect adverse drug reactions in time and reduce the occurrence of adverse events, the NORS and BPRS score of patients was significantly better than that before nursing (P < 0.05). Conclusion Because the treatment of schizophrenia complicated with tuberculosis patients is difficult, effective nursing interventions can improve the treatment coordination and improve the symptoms of tuberculosis.
