摘要
根据先进制造业过渡转型需要,分析智能制造体系下高技能人才需求,以电气自动化专业“3+2”对口贯通分段人才培养方案为例,围绕人才培养目标、课程建设、创新实践能力培养、人才培养方案质量保障体系进行研究与实践,提出多学科交叉的专业结构和实践创新能力阶梯培养计划。分析了人才培养方案实施过程中存在的问题,并提出解决措施。
Based on the needs of the advanced manufacturing industry transition transformation,this paper analyzed the intelligent manufacturing system under the high skill talented person demand,and take electrical automation major“3+2”talent cultivation program as an example.Research and practice were carried out around the objectives of talent cultivation,curriculum construction,innovative practical ability training,and quality assurance system of talent cultivation program.This paper also analyzed the problems existing in the implementation of the talent cultivation program and puts forward the solutions.
