Objective To investigate the efficacy of nursing intervention based on personality analysis on patients with uremia undergoing hemodialysis. Methods The 300 patients admitted in anthor's hospital from October 2015 to September 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 150 cases in each group;the latter was given routine care, and the former was subject to nursing intervention based on personality analysis at the same time to routine care. The psychological status, dialysis effect and complication rate of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in the scores of anxiety and depression between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the former were significantly lower than those in the latter(P<0.05).In pre-nursing serum creatinine(Scr),BUN nitrogen between the two groups,β2-microglobulin(β2-MG)and parathyroid hormone(iPTH)there were all no significant difference(P>0.05).Post-nursing Scr,BUN,β2-MG and iPTH in the former were significantly lower than those in the latter(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the former was lower than that in the latter(P<0.05).Conclusion Personality analysis-based nursing intervention can effectively improve the psychological status of the uremic patients undergoing hemodialysis, with better dialysis effect and less incidence of complications.
