摘要
±800 kV直流(direct current,DC)滤波器悬吊构架和±800 kV直流出线构架属于特高压直流(ultrahigh voltage direct current,UHVDC)换流站的关键构筑物在工程中将两者合建经验较少。立足于新松换流站直流构架的设计分析,对该类构架的结构选型进行了讨论,发现格构式钢管最适用于此类大跨高耸构架;随之分析了该构架的动力特性、风振特性,发现构架越高,整体刚度越低,风荷载作用越强且地震作用越弱;最后选定了构件的截面尺寸,分析了根开大小对部分指标的影响,得出增大根开能增加结构刚度的结论,但会增加钢材用量且不利于电气、结构等专业的平面布置,因此,根开的选择需因地制宜。
±800 kV DC filter Gantry and±800 kV DC line Gantry are two key structures of UHVDC in Convertor Station.Combination of DC filter Gantry and DC line were analyzed based on Xinsong Substaion in this paper.The combined gantry is rarely used in engineering.The results showed that the gantry concrete-filled steel tube is suit to be used in high-rise and long-span structure.Then the dynamic and wind vibration characteristics were analyzed,it was found that the higher the structure is,the stiffness,the resistance of wind load and the anti-seismic property of the structure is less.Then,the impact of the root span on several indices was analyzed.We found that enlarging the root span could help enhance the stiffness of the structure,however,increase of steel consumption go agains to the general layout of electricity and structure.Therefore,the root span size should be suited to local conditions.
