摘要
机动车已成为我国城市大气污染的重要来源,尤其是重型柴油车已成为当前机动车污染控制的重点。应用模糊综合评价法对重型柴油车排放控制技术进行评价,针对重型柴油车排放控制技术的特点,构建了包括环境、经济、技术等3方面共8项指标的综合评价指标体系,可为有效筛选最佳适用技术提供重要参考。以国六重型柴油车为例,对EGR、SCR、ASC、DOC、DPF等排放控制技术及(EGR+DOC+DPF+SCR+ASC)、(DOC+DPF+SCR+ASC)等技术组合,定量评价了其环境、经济、技术指标,筛选出国六重型柴油车最佳可行技术。结果表明,国六重型柴油车排放控制技术得分较高的是(EGR+DOC+DPF+SCR+ASC)排放控制技术组合,该路线是目前重型柴油车达到国六排放法规主流的技术组合,各排放关键零部件的分担压力比较均衡,可以减少95%以上的氮氧化物和颗粒物排放,从而满足未来更严格的排放标准。
The present article is aimed at making an evaluation of the urban air pollution in the country due to the inadequate pollution control methodology caused by the automatic vehicle transportation.As is well known,automatic vehicles have become a focus of the urban pollution mainly due to their heavy duty diesel engine fuel consumption.In this paper,we would like to make an evaluation of such pollution via the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method in terms of the emission control methodology of such vehicles with diesel engine.Since the influential factors of the evaluation target can be divided into the following key contributive factors,and all of the key factors should be evaluated at a lower level,the results of the primary or lower evaluation can be further put into evaluation of a higher level.Thus,it would be possible for us to build up a comprehensive evaluation index system consisting of the following 8 indicators,such as the environmental indicators,the economic indicators and the technical indicators.By using a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,it would be possible to quantify the evaluation indexes through normalization and grade assignment in combination with the calculation of the particular features of the emission control methodology of the heavy diesel vehicles,respectively,so as to be able to provide valuable reference to the effective selection of the best suitable methods.Taking the China-VI heavy duty diesel vehicle as an example,quantitative evaluation can be done through their environment,economic and technical indicators in terms of the EGR,SCR,ASC,DOC,DPF and other emission control technological data,e.g.EGR+DOC+DPF+SCR+ASC,DOC+DPF+SCR+ASC,so as to screen out the best available technological standard data for China-VI heavy duty diesel vehicles.Thus,the final evaluation results may suggest that,the higher score for the emission control methodology of the China-VI heavy-duty diesel vehicle is the technical combination of EGR+DOC+DPF+SCR+ASC emission control methodological items.Such a stu
