基于宏微双重驱动的高职院校精密实验控制平台设计

摘要 针对高职院校精密实验控制平台数量不足和价格高的现状,设计了一套应用于零件外尺寸测量与装配定位的精密实验控制平台.该平台上位机采用PC机,下位机采用AT89C51单片机,测量系统采用光栅尺作为计数器件,宏平台采用直流电机驱动滚珠丝杠的传动方式.平台精密定位系统采用宏-微相结合的两级模式来实现大行程、高精度及高速的定位,其硬件系统由宏平台进给系统、位移测量系统、微位移定位系统以及控制系统组成.实践表明,该实验控制平台实现简单、控制精准、成本低廉,适合高职院校师生开展零件精密测量与装配定位的各种实验和科技创新活动. A precise experimental control platform has been developed for external dimension measurement and assembly positioning of parts.The platform solves the problems of insufficiency and high price of precision experimental control platform in higher vocational colleges.The upper system of the platform adopts PC,the lower system adopts AT89C51 single chip computer,the measuring system adopts grating ruler,and the macro platform adopts DC motor driving ball screw drive.The platform precise positioning system uses a two-stage macro-micro mode to achieve large-stroke,high-precision and high-speed positioning.Its hardware system consists of macro platform feed system,displacement measurement system,micro-displacement positioning system and control system.Practice shows that the platform has characteristics of simplicity,convenience,and low-cost.It is suitable for higher vocational college teachers and students to carry out precise measurement and assembly positioning experiments and innovation activities.
