摘要
合作社组织凭借自身经济优势逐渐成为乡村经济发展的动力源,其在为乡村经济带来发展的同时,也推动了乡村政治文化的变迁。以政治文化分类和变迁理论为支撑,运用AHP构建乡村政治文化变迁评价体系,并以当下西北地区合作社政治参与为例进行分析,得出合作社政治参与下乡村政治文化以附庸-参与型、传统-参与型、利益-参与型政治文化为向度发展。为此,农村基层组织要充分重视并发挥合作社普及政治常识的作用,规范其政治参与行为,并即时构建村务分管机制,提升农村基层治理的效率和水平。
Cooperative organizations with their own economic advantages have gradually become the source of rural economic development.Cooperatives have brought development to the rural economy,at the same time,they have also promoted the changes of rural political culture.Based on the classification of political culture and the theory of change,the author uses the AHP to build the evaluation system of rural political and cultural change,takes the current political participation of cooperatives in Northwest China as an example to analyze.It is summarized that the direction of rural political cultural transition in political participation of cooperatives is subsidiary-participation,tradition-participation and interest-participation.Therefore,rural grassroots organizations should pay full attention to and give full play to the role of cooperatives in popularizing political knowledge,standardize cooperatives′political participation,and construct cooperatives and village committees to improve the efficiency and level of rural grassroots governance.
