低温甲醇洗吸收塔产出液再生过程模拟研究 被引量:7

摘要 利用化工流程模拟软件Aspenplus对低温甲醇洗酸性气体吸收塔产出液再生过程进行模拟研究。得到H2S浓缩塔气相流股和热再生塔液相流股中CO2、H2S的物质的量分数(是否应为“物质的量分数”,即旧称摩尔分数,请通篇核对)剖面图和温度剖面图。通过对H2S浓缩塔和热再生塔的塔板核算和水力学计算,确定了塔板基本结构参数。通过灵敏度分析,考察了CO2解析塔中温度压力、H2S浓缩塔中气提N2流量、热再生塔中冷凝器温度压力及精馏塔回流比对净化气CO2、H2S含量的影响。当CO2解析塔温度为-35°C、压力为0.6MPa,H2S浓缩塔再生N2流量为1500kmol/h,热再生塔冷凝器温度为20°C、压力为0.3MPa,精馏塔回流比为0.45时,产品气满足净化要求,H2S物质的量分数达到68.9%、甲醇质量分数达到99.9%满足回收再利用的要求。 The regeneration process of the output fluid from the rectisol absorber was simulated by using Aspen Plus.The mole fraction profiles of CO2 and H2S and the temperature profiles of both the gas flow of the H2S evaporating tower and the liquid flow of the thermal regeneration tower were obtained.The structural parameters of the H2S evaporating tower and the thermal regeneration tower were determined through the tray accounting and the hydraulic calculation.Through sensitivity analysis,the effects of the temperature and the pressure of the CO2 stripper,the regenerated nitrogen flow rate of the H2S evaporating tower,the temperature and the pressure of the condenser in the thermal regeneration tower,and the reflux ratio of the rectifying tower on the mole fractions of CO2 and H2S in the purified syngas were investigated.On the demand of purifying the syngas and recovering the methanol,an allowable operating condition is represented by -35°C and 0.6 MPa for the CO2 stripper,1500kmol/h for the regenerated nitrogen flow rate in the H2S evaporating tower,20°C and 0.3 MPa for the condenser in the thermal regeneration tower,and 0.45 for the reflux ratio of the rectifying tower.Under above condition,the H2S mole fraction reaches 68.9%,and the methanol mass fraction reaches 99.9%,meeting the requirement of recycling.
