摘要
针对空调加热器控制单元传感器容易出现的偏置故障和精度下降故障,提出了基于改进的BT-SVM故障识别方法,并建立了动态更新的空调加热器单元传感器故障识别模型。为了验证所提方法的有效性,联合应用在线监测技术和仿真实验,对空调加热器控制单元传感器出现的已知和未知故障分别进行了验证,实验结果表明基于改进的BT-SVM方法既能识别常规故障又能获取未知故障。
Aiming at the offset fault and accuracy decline fault for thecontrol unit sensor of the air conditioning heater,a fault recognition method based on the improved BT-SVM was proposed,and dynamic update fault recognition model for the air condi tioning heater scontrol unit sensor was established.To verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach,with the combination of the on line monitoring technology and the simulation experiment,it was then applied into the known and unknown fault recognition process of the air conditioning heater s control unit sensor, whose experimental results denote that the improved BT-SVM approach can identify the normal faults as well as the unknown faults.
