摘要
由于磁浮列车的检修会有较大压力,所以对车辆关键部件进行长期的健康状态监测显得尤为重要。本文提出适应于中低速需求的基于MVB/WTB总线的磁浮车辆状态监测技术方案,同时对列车车载控制网络采用冗余机制,包括部分硬件冗余、总线的物理介质冗余和总线主冗余等,使磁浮列车不管是在所选硬件设备本身还是实现方法上都能足够保障系统的安全和可靠。
Since the overhaul of maglev trains is subject to greater pressure,it is particularly important to monitor the long-term health status of key vehicle components.This paper proposed a MVB/WTB bus-based maglev vehicle condition monitoring technology solution suitable for medium and low speed demand.At the same time,the redundancy mechanism for train on-board monitoring network was adopted,including partial hardware redundancy design,physical media redundancy of bus and bus main redundancy.In this way,the maglev train could ensure the safety and reliability of the system regardless of whether the selected hardware device itself or the implementation method.
