催化柴油掺炼对加氢精制柴油质量的影响分析 被引量:3

摘要 某公司一期炼油停工检修期间,催化柴油产量约95t/h,催化柴油首先进入渣油加氢和蜡油加氢装置加工,加工后的柴油进柴油加氢进行处理。随着催化柴油掺炼量的增加,原料柴油密度增大、多环芳烃体积分数增加、十六烷值降低。在操作参数中,一反和二反加权平均温度分别上升约9.5,11.5K。精制柴油十六烷值下降,色度降低,精制柴油出现“荧光绿”,需要降价销售,两个月合计损失6000万元。 The output of FCC diesel was about 95 t/h during the shut-down maintenance of Phase I refining project of a company.The FCC diesel entered into residue hydrodesulfurization unit and gas oil hydrogenation unit for hydrotreatment,diesel fraction from residue hydrodesulfurization unit and gas oil hydrogenation unit came to diesel hydrogenation unit for further processing.With the increase of FCC diesel blending ratio,the density and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons content of diesel material increase correspondingly,and the cetane number of diesel material decreases correspondingly.The weighted mean temperature in the first and second reactors rises by 9.5 K and 11.5 K respectively.The cetane number and color of refined diesel decreases correspondingly,fluorescence green phenomenon appeared in refined diesel.The refined diesel product needs to sell at reduced prices,which caused a loss of about RMB 60 million in economic benefits during the two months maintenance downtime.
