摘要 徐州某公司应环保要求切换高固低黏涂料,但高固低黏涂料使用小相对分子质量树脂,涂层干燥速度慢,为保证下件时漆膜完全干燥,对面漆烘干室进行了技术改造,增设了燃气触媒烘干设备,采用红外烘干和热风循环烘干相结合的工艺方式,解决了高固低黏涂料干燥速度慢的问题。 A company in Xuzhou has completed the switching over the high-solid and low-viscosity coatings according to environmental protection requirements. However, the resin with low molecular weight used in high-solid and low-viscosity coatings leads to a slow curing speed. In order to ensure the complete drying of the curing film, the drying workshop is reformed, wherein a gas catalyst infrared drying equipment is added. Thus, the combination of infrared drying and hot air circulating drying is adopted to solve the problem of low curing speed of high-solid and low-viscosity coatings.
