摘要
靖边县东坑镇伊当湾村积极响应党中央关于稳步推进农村集体产权制度改革的有关精神,结合本村产业发展实际,深入推进清产核资、成员认定、股权设置等改革工作,通过盘活集体资源、调整优化产业结构,探索出一条发展集体经济、促进产业长效发展、农民增收的新路子。
