摘要
目的探讨以细节为中心的手术室舒适护理在子宫肌瘤剥除术中的应用效果。方法选取2016年10月~2018年6月我院收治的80例子宫肌瘤剥除术患者,按随机数字表法分为舒适护理组和常规护理组,每组各40例。舒适护理组在围术期给予以细节为中心的手术室舒适护理,常规护理组给予常规护理。观察两组的护理质量,汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD),汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA),简明健康测量量表(SF-36)及疼痛数字(NRS)评分,比较两组并发症总发生率。结果舒适护理组护理质量的各项评分和总评分显著高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);舒适护理组的HAMD、HAMA评分和NRS评分显著低于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);舒适护理组的SF-36评分显著高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);舒适护理组术后并发症总发生率为7.50%,显著低于常规护理组(25.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以细节为中心的手术室舒适护理能显著提高子宫肌瘤剥除术患者的护理质量、心理状况和生活质量,减轻患者疼痛,并降低并发症的发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application effect of detail-centered operating room comfort nursing in in uterine myomectomy. Methods Eighty patients with uterine fibroids who underwent surgeries from October 2016 to June 2018 in our hospital were selected. They were divided equally into comfort nursing group and routine nursing group by random number table method, 40 cases in each group. Patients in the comfort nursing group were given a detail-centered operating room comfort care during the perioperative period, and in the routine nursing group, patients were provided with routine care. The quality of care, the Hamilton depression scale (HAMD), the Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA), the simplified health measurement scale (SF-36), and the numeral rating scale (NRS) score were observed between the two groups. The total incidence of complications was compared of the two groups. Results The scores of each item and total score of nursing quality in the comfort nursing group were much higher than those in the routine nursing group with statistical significance (P<0.05). The scores of HAMD, HAMA, and NRS of the comfort nursing group were significant lower compared with those in the routine nursing group (P<0.05). The quality of life score of the comfort nursing group was obviously higher than that of the routine nursing group, with statistical difference (P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications was 7.50%, much lower than that of the routine nursing group accounting for 25.0%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients undergoing hysteromyoma decollement, detail-centered operating room comfort nursing can remarkably improve the quality of nursing, psychological conditions and quality of life, alleviate pain, and reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of promotion.
