摘要
目的探讨分析超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)和中性杆状核粒细胞(Nst)分类计数联合检测在新生儿败血症诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2016年10月~2018年10月我院收治的78例新生儿败血症患儿作为研究组,另外选取同期的78例无感染征象的健康新生儿作为对照组。检测比较两组新生儿hs-CRP、PCT以及Nst水平,并分析计算hs-CRP、PCT、Nst以及三者联合检测在新生儿败血症诊断中的应用价值。结果研究组患儿的hs-CRP、PCT、Nst水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);hs-CRP、PCT、Nst三者联合检测诊断新生儿败血症的灵敏度、特异度以及诊断符合率高于其他三组单独诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论hs-CRP、PCT以及Nst分类计数可作为新生儿败血症早期快速的检测指标,三者联合检测能有效提高新生儿败血症诊断的准确率,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the value of combined detection of hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), procalcitonin (PCT) and neutrophilic bar granulocyte (neutrophil)(Nst) in the diagnosis of neonatal septicemia. Methods From October 2016 to October 2018, 78 children with neonatal septicemia were selected as the study group, and 78 healthy newborns with no signs of infection were selected as control group. The levels of hs-CRP, PCT and Nst were measured and compared between the two groups, and the application value of hs-CRP, PCT, Nst and their combined detection in early diagnosis of neonatal septicemia was analyzed. Results The level of hs-CRP, PCT, Nst in study group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). The sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic coincidence rate of hs-CRP, PCT, Nst in the diagnosis of neonatal septicemia were significantly higher than those in the other three groups alone (P<0.05). Conclusion hs-CRP, PCT and Nst classification count can be used as early rapid detection index of neonatal septicemia. The combined detection can effectively improve the accuracy of neonatal septicemia diagnosis and is worthy of clinical promotion.
