基于PMAC的微细铣床轮廓曲线加工模块设计

摘要 针对现有微细铣削机床在复杂轮廓曲线加工方面存在的加工尺寸精度与表面质量不易控制等问题,提出以PMAC(programmable multi-axis controller)可编程多轴运动控制器作为微细铣削机床的数控系统核心元件,结合PMAC提供的样条运动模式,对铣床的轮廓曲线加工模块进行设计与实现,并选用正弦曲线对PMAC轮廓曲线插值拟合性能进行分析。阿基米德螺旋线微小型槽腔加工试验表明,该加工模块结构简单,控制精度高,可实现较好的应用效果。 In the view of the problem that machining dimensional accuracy and surface quality are not easy to control in the micro-milling of complex contour curve.The function module for micro parts curve milling is designed and developed making full use of spline-mode moves provided by PMAC (programmable multi-axis controller) which is the core component of NC system for micro-milling machine tool.The fitting precision of cubic B-spline interpolate is analyzed by using sine curve.The result of experiment of archimedes spiral machining shows that the contour curve machining module has simple structure and high control precision which is feasible to achieve the application results.
