奎硫平治疗双相急性躁狂症患者的疗效及安全性研究被引量：2

摘要目的:研究分析对精神科双相急性躁狂症患者施予奎硫平的价值及效果。方法:选取采用氯丙嗪治疗的33例精神科双相急性躁狂症患者作为对照组,另选出在此基础之上采用奎硫平治疗的33例精神科双相急性躁狂症患者作为研究组,观察比较其结果。结果:研究组患者的躁狂总分、治疗疗效好于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于精神科双相急性躁狂症患者而言,在运用奎硫平后,能够最大限度地提升其治疗效果与质量,把控其躁狂表现,值得全方位推行与运用。
