摘要
目的:观察对接受骨科下肢手术患者连续硬膜外麻醉中采用钢丝加强型硬膜外导管的影响。方法:从接受骨科下肢手术的患者中选取78例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法进行分组,对照组患者39例,在进行硬膜外麻醉中使用普通聚乙烯硬膜外导管,试验组患者39例,在进行硬膜外麻醉中使用钢丝加强型硬膜外导管。对比两组血压情况与心率情况、并发症发生率。结果:两组患者麻醉后的舒张压指标均低于麻醉前,且试验组患者低于对照组,两组患者麻醉后收缩压指标均低于麻醉前,且试验组高于对照组,两组患者麻醉后的心率指标均低于麻醉前,且试验组低于对照组;试验组患者的术中出血量少于对照组;试验组患者的并发症总发生率低于对照组;试验组患者的麻醉优良率为100.00%高于对照组(74.36%),效果显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用钢丝加强型硬膜外导管在骨科下肢手术中连续硬膜外麻醉的效果显著,且有效改善了患者的血压与心率,降低了手术过程中的风险,可有效提高手术效果与手术成功率,具有临床推广应用价值。
Objective To observe the effect of wire-reinforced epidural catheter in continuous epidural anesthesia for patients undergoing orthopedic surgery. Method 78 patients who underwent orthopedic surgery for lower extremity surgery were enrolled in the hospital.The patients were randomized to a randomized list.39 patients in the control group underwent epidural anesthesia.A common polyethylene epidural catheter was used,and 39 patients in the experimental group were treated with a wire-reinforced epidural catheter for epidural anesthesia.The blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups and the incidence of complications were compared. Results The indexes of diastolic blood pressure after anesthesia in both groups were lower than those before anesthesia,and the patients in the experimental group were lower than the control group.The systolic blood pressure indexes of the two groups were lower than those before anesthesia,and the experimental group was higher than the control group.The heart rate indexes of the two groups were lower than those before anesthesia,and the experimental group was lower than the control group;the intraoperative blood loss of the experimental group was smaller than that of the control group;the total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group;The excellent and good anesthesia rate of the patients was 100.00% higher than that of the control group (74.36%),and the effect was significant,the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion The use of wire-reinforced epidural catheter for continuous epidural anesthesia in orthopedics lower extremity surgery is significant,the anesthetic effect is more significant,and the blood pressure and heart rate are effectively improved,and the risk during surgery is reduced.Improve the surgical effect and success rate of surgery,with clinical application value.
